Had an incredibly comfortable and perfect room with great amenities like a private bathroom, climate control, flat-screen TV, and a safe box. the bed was exceptionally comfortable with feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. - the location in a good area was great and stunning, with shopping centers and a big shopping mall right next door.

The hotel was in a particularly good location next to Pakuwon Mall and Pakuwon Trade Centre, the city center and Surabaya. Furthermore, to a giant shopping centre. We enjoyed sitting in the restaurant for breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay at Four Points By Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah. The location was perfect, right above the mall which made it convenient for shopping and dining. The facilities were fantastic, especially the gym and swimming pool. The staff, particularly Paulina, were patient, helpful, and professional. They even upgraded my room for a special celebration. The bed and pillows were great for a good night's sleep, and the view from the window was stunning. I highly recommend this hotel.
